I have been making garlands from paper circles and shapes for years, actually for a long time that's all I used my sewing machine for !!! But it's only during the preparations for Romain's Under the Sea Birthday Party that I had the idea to use these garlands as balloon strings…
Aren't they so sweet ??? I love them
I used my silhouette to cut the sea animals and then simply fed them in the sewing machine to create the garlands. Easy :)
