{Recipe} French Yogurt Cake - Gateau au Yaourt

As far as I am aware, every French household has its own recipe for yogurt cake ! This is the very basic sponge cake that pretty much everybody knows how to bake.

The reason for its success is the easy measuring process, making it an ideal recipe to prepare with children.

You start with an individual portion of natural yogurt and the pot/tub then becomes the measuring jug for all your ingredients.
