ReplyDeleteFor this tag you just need the one punch, the circle inside is part of the design. Just click on the link and you will find the printable on the TomKat Studio website.
As for the punch I live in the UK and I got it from Hobbycraft. But any good craft shop should stock them (2" scallop circle).
