{Craft} My Fall wreath

When I first saw this wreath from Simply Dream and Create on Pinterest, I completely fell in love !!!
The colors, the texture, the simplicity !!! I loved it all.

Here is my take on it, I hope you like it as much as I do.

Apart from Christmas time, I'd never had a wreath on my door before, but I have to say: this won't be the last. Every time I come home, the sight of this wreath just fill me with joy !
